Vivek Bhatia joined MUFG Pension & Market Services (formerly the ASX100 company, Link Group) in 2020 as CEO and Managing Director.
Vivek has over two decades of experience in financial services, technology, government and management consulting. He is an experienced chief executive, having led a number of complex businesses throughout his career. Vivek joined MUFG Pension & Market Services from QBE Insurance Group where he was Chief Executive Officer of the ASX20 company’s Australia Pacific division. Vivek joined QBE from Insurance and Care NSW where he was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the NSW Government’s public finance corporation. Prior to this, he co-led the Asia-Pacific Restructuring and Transformation practice at McKinsey & Company and also previously held senior executive roles at Wesfarmers Insurance, including responsibility for leading the Australian underwriting businesses of Lumley, WFI and Coles Insurance as CEO of Wesfarmers General Insurance Ltd.
Vivek also currently serves on the Board of Property Exchange Australia Limited (PEXA), an ASX200 company, as a Non-Executive Director.
Vivek holds an undergraduate degree in engineering, a postgraduate in business administration and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI).
Atsushi Yoshinari was appointed Co-CEO & Chief Strategy Officer of MUFG Pension & Market Services in May 2024.
Atsushi is responsible for global strategy and corporate development for the Investor Services business division of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (MUTB).
Before his current role, he served as Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at MUFG Fund Services, US, and led a strategic alliance project at Morgan Stanley in New York. He has also managed various roles at MUTB in both the Asset Management and Investor Services business divisions, overseeing global operations.
Atsushi played a pivotal role in the global business at Bandai Namco, a leading toy and gaming company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He spearheaded the transformation of the global business and several M&A opportunities.
With over 20 years of experience in investment banking and financial services, Atsushi has led numerous complex leveraged finance and structured finance transactions worldwide. He holds master degrees in business administration.
Dee McGrath joined MUFG Pension & Market Services as Chief Executive Officer of MUFG Retirement Solutions in May 2019.
Dee has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services and technology industry. Dee’s previous senior appointments include National Australia Bank, Visa and HP, and prior to joining MUFG Pension & Market Services was Managing Partner, Global Business Services at IBM.
Dee was a Member of the Board of IBM Australia, Bluewolf Australia and Oniqua Holdings. Dee’s qualifications include business studies, economics and strategic planning and is currently a member of Chief Executive Women.
Lysa McKenna was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MUFG Corporate Markets in August 2024.
Lysa joined MUFG Pension & Market Services in 2006 where she was responsible for developing the share plans business in the Australian market. Over the past 18 years she has held several market facing leadership roles including CEO of Link Market Services Australia. Most recently, she held the position of Managing Director, Corporate Markets ANZ, responsible for delivering on the strategic growth initiatives for the region including business transformation, enhancing our products and corporate development.
Lysa has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry including positions at Computershare, Doyle Pension Management, and Mercer.
Lysa is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and Fellow of the Life Insurance Association of Ireland, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Lysa holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Politics and Social Policy and a Higher Diploma in Business Studies, from University College Dublin.
Tracy Pereira was appointed Chief Financial Officer of MUFG Pension & Market Services in August 2024.
Tracy joined MUFG Pension & Market Services in 2021. Over the past 3 years, Tracy has held the role of CFO, MUFG Corporate Markets, a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services.
Tracy has been responsible for developing the Corporate Markets strategy, building a high performing finance function, pricing strategy, partnering on corporate development opportunities, and driving key technology implementations. She has also been integral to much of the work that supported the acquisition by MUFG.
With over 25 years of senior leadership experience, prior to joining MUFG Pension & Market Services, Tracy has held positions covering finance, strategy, transformation and data & analytics across a range of industries and leading brands including Foxtel, Endeavour Group and Afterpay.
Tracy is a qualified accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Raj Singh was appointed Chief Risk Officer of MUFG Pension & Market Services in June 2024.
Raj has over 25 years’ experience working with large financial services companies and recently, within the NSW public sector.
Prior to joining MUFG Pension & Market Services, Raj was General Manager, Risk & Reinsurance at Insurance and Care NSW, a public finance corporation of NSW Government. His previous roles also include Executive Manager, Risk & Business Performance at IAG, and range of positions at Westpac Banking Corporation, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Accenture, and KPMG.
Raj holds an undergraduate degree in engineering and a Master of Management (Finance) degree from the University of Mumbai.
Peter Wykes was appointed Chief Technology Officer of MUFG Pension & Market Services in July 2024.
Peter joined MUFG Pension & Market Services in 2008 and has been a key driver behind our infrastructure design, build and operational services which underpin our global operation. Peter has also been at the centre of our cloud transformation work, and complex technical integration projects to support acquisition activity. His roles have spanned infrastructure, vendor management, network services, transformation, IT service delivery, software development, and technology operations.
Before his current role, Peter served as Director of Infrastructure & Network Services. In this capacity, he was responsible for delivering services 24x7 that support and maintain end-user computing environments, productivity systems, data centre hosting, networks, and cloud platforms globally.
With over 30 years of experience in the technology and financial services industries, Peter has led teams across Australia, India, the UK, and Ireland.
Fergus Duggan was appointed Chief People Officer of MUFG Pension & Market Services in July 2024.
Fergus has over 20 years’ experience in human resources, predominantly in the financial services industry. He joined MUFG Pension & Market Services in 2012 and has held a number of roles across the organisation, leading the HR functions of both MUFG Corporate Markets and MUFG Retirement Solutions during this time. He has also held a number of General Manager roles overseeing HR Services and the HR centres of expertise.
Prior to joining MUFG Pension & Market Services, Fergus held various human resources positions for FuturePlus Financial Services, the Citco Group of companies, both in Ireland and Australia, and Masonite International.
Fergus holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, specialising in Human Resources Management, from the University of Limerick and is a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
Neelam Patel was appointed as General Counsel of MUFG Pension & Market Services in June 2024.
Neelam is a practising solicitor with over 20 years’ experience. Whilst in private practice, she worked with a range of TMT and financial services clients across both Corporate and Commercial disciplines. Neelam later joined the Asset Services division at Capita plc where she worked on mandates supporting capital markets activity both domestic and cross border. She later led the Legal Team for region which extended to global responsibility for both the Legal and Risk & Compliance functions for MUFG Corporate Markets.
Neelam joined MUFG Pension & Market Services in 2017 when Capita Asset Services was acquired by Link Group (now MUFG Pension & Market Services) from Capita plc.
Neelam holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and has been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors (England).
