Furthermore, we have a created a guide entitled ‘What to do when a Shareholder passes away’ which has been designed to help your client through some of the steps you need to take when dealing with the deceased’s shareholdings. It explains what we, as registrar and/or nominee provider, need from you so that they can transfer or sell the shares and we can update the share register.
