Link Group appoints General Manager of Client Partnerships Australia

20 March 2023: Link Group has appointed Meaghan Morberger as General Manager, Client Partnerships Australia for its Retirement & Superannuation Solutions business (RSS).

Meaghan will assume responsibility for all client relationships, leading business engagement across Link Group’s RSS client portfolio along with creating and implementing the strategic plan for Australia.

This important leadership appointment follows the recent announcement of Rebel Jones as General Manager, Client Partnerships Asia in Hong Kong, who will oversee Link Group’s expansion into the Hong Kong pension market as part of a coordinated strategy to drive business growth and lead strategic business development across government, industry, retail and corporate pension clients.

Meaghan will focus on enabling Link Group’s clients to deliver on their strategic plans, building value through an expanding range of tech-enabled platforms and value add digital solutions, identifying opportunities to work with all funds to ensure member and customer experience is seamless.

Meaghan will lead the Client Partnership teams and work closely with the RSS Senior Leadership team, co-creating with our clients to achieve their service and growth strategies, as well as employer and member outcomes.

With more than 25 years’ experience across the superannuation, administration, banking and finance sectors, Meaghan has held senior management positions with Mercer where she was responsible for client relationships with corporate businesses including Optus, News Limited and Coca-Cola. She joins Link Group from KPMG, following three years as Director in the Asset & Wealth advisory business, using her expertise to support Australian superannuation funds and international investment management businesses to transform their operations.
