Link Group appoints Jonathan Shaw as Chief Product Officer of Retirement & Superannuation Solutions

20 November 2024: Link Group has appointed Jonathan Shaw as Chief Product Officer of its Retirement & Superannuation Solutions (RSS) business.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Jonathan will be responsible for leading and facilitating the creation of Link Group’s market-leading product and solutions to drive value for clients, their members and the business.

Jonathan will oversee the conception, development and go-to-market strategy for best of breed products and platform solutions across the global RSS business, driving scalable processes and innovation throughout the development cycle and ensuring products are benchmarked to exceed market equivalents.

With over 25 years’ experience creating, developing and implementing digital products, software and technology solutions, Jonathan’s contribution to Link Group as CEO of Moneysoft has provided him with valuable experience in establishing a product vision and innovating through design.

Jonathan will leverage his prior management experience in the new role by leading the business’ product, platform and solutions roadmap, applying consumer and client insights to meet the evolving needs of the retirement market globally.
