HOW WE CAN HELP

  • Accept funds and hold these in a single purpose bank account in trust for the company
  • Provision of custodial service in a bare trust arrangement or in the capacity of Nominee for unlisted companies
  • Facilitation of on market purchases on behalf of issuers
  • Facilitation of unmarketable parcel sales on behalf of issuers

Escrow services

Pacific Custodians is a trusted escrow agent with the ability to execute any corporate transaction, regardless of complexity, size or jurisdiction and specialises in:

  • Funds escrow
  • Capital markets escrow
  • Paying agent services
  • Performance/progress payment escrow.

HOW WE CAN HELP

  • Act as Escrow agent and accept funds in Australian Dollars or acceptable foreign currency in an account domiciled in Australia with a selected Australian Authorised Deposit-Taking Institution (ADI), held in trust for the parties. This account will be used solely for the purpose of the escrow transactions per terms of the agreement
  • Provide reconciliation of the escrow assets
  • Under Anti Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing legislation, we conduct appropriate Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to identify each party to the agreement and transactions. To satisfy requirements, each party needs to provide appropriate documentation as well as certified photographic identification/company documents before the release of funds
  • Proven experience in managing escrow payment disbursements in M&As, purchase and sale transactions in proprietor companies.
