MUFG Corporate Markets provides a comprehensive payment service offering including multi-currency payments, foreign exchange, and of course calculating and remitting bulk payments for any number of payees. We also have relationships with all the major banks and are a member of NZClear, the real-time settlement system run by the Reserve Bank.

Our sound delivery record and best practice approach gives our clients the assurance their payments are executed with precision, efficiency, and transparency via reconciliation reporting after all processing is completed.

An enhanced offering for all payments

We are able to calculate and facilitate payments in major world currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD. This allows our clients to make local currency payments to investors in different jurisdictions without incurring the large fees associated with international money transfers. In addition, we have access to favourable local rates for payments being made in G20 and other currencies.

Complementing our multi-currency payment ability, we leverage our institutional banking arrangements to assist clients with highly competitive foreign exchange conversion rates. Typical currency conversion rates range between 20 to 100 basis points from the interbank foreign exchange spread, depending on the amount being transacted.
