Gender Pay Gap

Gender Pay Gap

We believe that gender balance is essential for our success. Since 2019 we have set ambitious targets to increase and maintain the representation of women at all levels (at least 40 per cent male and 40 per cent female), particularly in senior leadership roles, across our global operations.

Australian Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Gender equity is an important part of our DEIB strategy. Each year, we report to the Australian Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) our progress against gender equality indicators including gender composition and the gender pay gap. The outcomes of this reporting can be found in the WGEA Data Explorer. Note in 2023 reporting, MUFG Pension & Market Services was trading as Link Group.

UK Gender Pay Gap Reporting

MUFG Pension & Market Services has reported gender pay gap results for UK companies as per the reporting requirements covered under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. The regulations came into force in April 2017 and require companies with more than 250 employees to publish information on their gender pay gap. Note in 2024 reporting, MUFG Pension & Market Services was trading as Link Group.
