MUFG Pension & Market Services has a thorough recruitment process. Recruitment is based on merit. All applications must be submitted online.

• What happens after I apply?
  • If your qualifications and experience match the position requirements, we will progress your application with an initial phone screening. Following this, you may then be invited to a series of interviews and/or participate in assessments.
• How do I know my application has been received?
  • Once you have made an application you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your application.
• How long is the recruitment process?
  • The recruitment process varies from role to role. However, we will keep you informed on the progress of your application.
• How do I find out how my application is progressing?
  • Log on to your profile.
  • Go to ‘My jobs’.
  • Here you will find the application status for all applications.
• Unsuccessful Applications
  • MUFG Pension & Market Services receives a large volume of applications for each job vacancy and as a result, we may not be able to respond to all candidates personally. We will however notify you via e-mail should your application be unsuccessful.
