In particular, we place a strong focus on risk management and sustainable business practices. This means that we aim to make integrity, information and data security, privacy and compliance part of everything we do. Human Rights and Modern Slavery

MUFG Pension & Market Services has a responsibility to respect human rights in our operations and supply chain, as well as opportunities to support and advance human rights within our sphere of influence.

Across our global business, we aim to operate as responsibly and ethically, and are committed to implementing policies and practices to support and strengthen human rights protections. We also continually monitor, assess and mitigate human rights and modern slavery risks in our business across all jurisdictions in which we operate.

Diversity and Inclusion

Gender equity is an important part of our DEIB strategy. Each year, we report to the Australian Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) our progress against gender equality indicators including gender composition and the gender pay gap. The outcomes of this reporting can be found in the WGEA Data Explorer. Note in 2023 reporting, MUFG Pension & Market Services was trading as Link Group.
